If too much sex here means hypersexuality then yes It can lead to ED. Hypersexuality, sexual addiction, and excessive sexual fantasies or urges or behaviors that are difficult to control were found to be correlated with sexual boredom and problems with erectile function.

ED in most of these cases is due to psychological, however, it can be a result of some physical issues (like excessive intercourse trauma).
